Owners Jake and Janie Burkett opened the first Biscuit Bar location in Plano in 2018, looking to reimagine and reinvigorate a Texas cuisine staple, the biscuit. What started as a hopeful husband-and wife proposition has turned into a phenomenon, with sky-high sales numbers and lines out the door. Playful aesthetics and an open kitchen bring a sense of comfort, making customers feel right at home. With offerings ranging from biscuits and tots to cocktails and brews, Biscuit Bar’s location in the Stockyards promises to be both a family staple and the place to go for a late-night bite.
