JOhn Wayne grit series

5k run

This 5k course weaves through the historic Fort Worth Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. the run starts at the “John Wayne: an American Experience” exhibit and goes down the cobblestone streets of the Stockyards and out and along the Trinity Trail where you’ll take in views of Downtown Fort Worth skyline. Complete the run back in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The run benefits John Wayne cancer foundation so every step you take advances the fight against cancer through pioneering cancer research and programs.

Race course closes by 11AM (3 Hour Finish Window)

Note:

The event is cup less. Bring your own filled handheld water bottle or hydration pack to the event and refill it at aid stations. There will not be any cups at the Aid Stations. We will have filled water bottles for finishers at the finish line.
